I was doing calculus in mister Ko's class when I accidentally made a very simple mistake by not multiplying the exponent first. I didn't realize I did this at first, so I continued to solve the problem. Luckily Ko caught it before I went too far so it wasn't a big deal. If I did keep going I would have had to redo most of the problem, and it would have made me have to do a lot of extra work that could have been avoided.
I learned from this mistake because now I know to check my work once in awhile so I don't do something small mistake that could change my answer drastically.
I grew from this mistake because I have not done it a single time since, nor have I done a different math mistake since.
